Our matcha comes from Kyoto and Uji. Our kamairi green tea comes from the mountains of Gokase, Miyazaki. Shade-grown where it should be, shipped without the mystery middlemen.
Region, harvest, and grade belong on the tin — that is the point of the provenance layer on each product page.
